I was first elected as a local Councillor in 2012 and over the past 10 years it has been my honour and privilege to serve my fellow residents within my home Community. | am so proud to be part of a Community who care passionately about their communities and the people who live and work here and no more so than in the past couple of years where we have all faced the most extraordinary challenges.
I am fully aware that people can and do organise to resolve a range of issues that we all encounter from day to day by themselves, however there are times when people encounter some obstacles that they are unable to negotiate when trying to obtain resolution and for the past 10 years I have fought resolutely to overcome these hurdles on behalf of the Community and the people within it.
People who know me will recognise that I will take on these issues passionately and to the best of my ability support people into a satisfactorily conclusion where I can. I firmly believe that we need to empower Communities and we can, and must, build a better, fairer and more equal society and that with your support we will do exactly that for our future and future generations.
