Pippa is delighted to have been selected as a new SNP candidate for Broxburn, Dechmont, Ecclesmachan, Uphall and Winchburgh where she has lived all her life. She grew up and went to school in Broxburn and now lives in Uphall with her husband and teenage son.
In a first for back then, she studied engineering at Heriot Watt university and then went on to enjoy a successful, 35-year, career in the computer industry. She now wants to use her skills, energy and experience to make a real difference to the lives of people in our community.
“I believe we need a council that is responsive and listens to people. You need local councillors who will be on your side and will fight for your family and community. By electing three SNP councillors we have the chance to take control of West Lothian Council from the Labour led administration. It will be the first step to empowering our communities to shape a better future for West Lothian.“
Pippa has been campaigning heavily on the issue of airport flight path changes. For more details on this crucial issue please click here
